Recurring monthly payment by pre-authorized automatic withdrawal. Monthly dues will be automatically deducted from the member’s payment account no earlier than the first working day of each month.
All month-to-month memberships are subject to a 30-day cancellation notice. Notice of cancellation must be emailed to info@bearcanyoncrossfit.com and our required cancellation form must be completed to enact the cancellation.
