Hi, I’m Amy!
As both owner of Bear Canyon and a Precision Certified Nutrition Coach, it’s my passion to teach people how to get from point A (how you look and feel today) to point B (looking and feeling your very best).
Understanding the emotional hardships that my clients struggle with around food is a key component of a great nutrition program, and I’m here to guide you through the process. Together, we’ll help you reach your goals – and then some!

Full Inbody scan which uses advanced technology to calculate your body composition, muscle mass, basil metabolic rate, weight and water weight.
Four weekly one-on-one check-ins with Amy to help you set healthy habits. We’ll go over your progress and fine tune your results, and touch on topics such as the mental/emotional aspect of eating.
